Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of items sold on our website, these products are not eligible for return.
Custom and personalized items are also non-refundable.
We strive to ensure that all orders are received in perfect condition. However, once packages leave our facility and are in the care of the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. In the event of a claim, please note the tracking number on your order, as it will be used to help process any claims. For any concerns with your order or additional support, please contact us within five business days of your original order date for assistance. All concerns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
In the event a return is accepted, all item(s) must be in unused, original condition, with all original tags attached. All original packaging, including authenticity cards, dust bags, and shoe boxes, are considered part of the item and must also be included. Items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns may take up to 14 business days to be processed and vary based on the financial institution used to make the purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order. Items that are damaged, stained, washed, or altered in any way, will not be accepted for return under any circumstances.
